FAQ
Do I need to be there during the shoot?
No. As long as the home is ready and I have access, I take care of everything. Most agents carry on with their day.
How should the home be prepared?
Think "showing-ready." Clean, tidy spaces make a big difference in the final images. I'll make small adjustments on site if needed.
Can homeowners or pets be home?
Yes. Homeowners can stay as long as they're out of frame while I'm shooting. Pets are welcome too, but it helps to keep them out of the rooms I'm photographing.
Are your floor plans accurate?
Floor plans are for marketing only. They are not meant for construction or architectural use.
Who can use the photos?
You get a license to market this property: MLS, social media, brochures, your website, and sharing with the homeowner. The license isn't transferable, so if the listing changes hands, the new agent can't use them. Builders, contractors and stagers need their own license.
